Agean Dream Resort Hotel's Landscape Design and Management includes the preparation of plant applications, structural applications, and detail projects. The projects approved for implementation had their drainage, irrigation systems, and environmental lighting projects prepared, and application and detail projects were re-evaluated according to budget and schedules. Various material proposals were obtained from different firms and presented to management. Subcontractors were identified, and site management was carried out for all subcontractors in accordance with the budgets and schedules. Subsequently, final activity reports and as-built projects were prepared.
