The project is located in the Red Sea coastal city of KAEC (King Abdullah Economic City), just a one-hour drive from Jeddah, and sits on a 270,000 m² plot of land. The facility features 540 hotel rooms and 36 villas of varying sizes. For unique entertainment and excitement, there is a 1,200-person capacity themed water park. The hotel includes nine different restaurants serving various cuisines and five lounges. The facility also has a 2,000 m² spa, indoor/outdoor fitness areas, and a 2,000 m² ballroom.
